COMMERCIAL DUCTLESS HEATING AND COOLING SYSTEMS

Kansas City summers and winters can be brutal. Keeping your employees and customers comfortable is essential but isn't always easy. A commercial ductless heating and cooling system from Overland Park Heating and Cooling can make that task easy and save you money on your heating and cooling costs in the process.

A commercial ductless HVAC system delivers heated and cooled air to individual rooms, offices or areas without the need for ducts. An outdoor unit with a compressor and condenser is connected to indoor air-handling unit(s) by refrigerant piping, a power cable and a condensate drain. Up to four indoor units can be connected to a single outdoor condensing unit that can be located up to 100 feet from the outdoor unit. Because the components that create the most noise are located on the outside condensing unit, ductless heating and cooling systems are virtually noise-free.

Commercial ductless heating and cooling systems are a great solution for a range of commercial applications, including:

  • Historic buildings and other older buildings that don't have HVAC ductwork
  • Spaces that require specialized climate control or need to be kept cool even during cold weather, such as computer rooms, data centers, laboratories, mechanical rooms, restaurant kitchens, and fitness centers
  • Spaces that require a quiet environment or that have acoustical requirements that would be negatively impacted by HVAC ductwork, such as classrooms, libraries, meeting rooms, churches, and theatres
  • Multi-tenant buildings that need individual temperature control, such as dorms, nursing homes, healthcare facilities, or office buildings divided into smaller spaces.
