AIR CONDITIONER MAINTENANCE

Many home owners believe that if their air conditioner was performing well last summer that it will be fine again this summer. But the reality is problems can develop while your air conditioner is sitting unused over the winter months. Dust and debris can settle into your outdoor unit and hoses can develop leaks, which can cause serious problems.

Routine maintenance will increase your air conditioner's efficiency, reduce operating costs, and extend your unit's lifespan. An air conditioner clean and check from Overland Park Heating & Cooling can save you money by preventing expensive repairs down the road.

HEAT PUMPS - CLEAN HEATING

Today’s heat pumps have come a long way since the old days when our local gas company dismissed them as being expensive energy hogs. Years ago, heat pumps were labeled as "inefficient and technically-challenged." As time has passed, the heat pump is a game changer. You can count on the professionals at Overland Park Heating and Cooling, to educate you on the pros and cons of the Heat Pump systems for your home and office.

Energy Efficient Heat Pumps

The technology of heat pumps has advanced to the point where the energy efficiency provided by these systems is hard to be ignored. A heat pump is designed to BOTH heat and cool your home. It acts as a standard air conditioner in the summer, and in the winter, the heat pump transfers heat from the outdoor unit to the indoor coil. This transfer of heat is used to effectively heat your home.
